An eclectic mix of dance styles, musical genres, and choreographic themes #heretodaygonetomorrow is a cross-section of work from the past year from The Oxfordshire Creative Academy, showing at Pegasus Theatre on Friday 26th April alongside Oxford choreographer Joe Lott’s recent work Chemistry, well received in London at this year’s Resolution! Festival at The Place.

Students and choreographer David Hudson explore the parallels between the architecture of buildings and the complex structures or relationships. With emphasis on ‘enjoyment’ for both performers and audience alike #heretodaygonetomorrow is a humorous, touching, abstract, narrative, dynamic evening’s work that will be as enjoyable to watch as it was to make.

The piece is complemented by Joe Lott Dance and their new work Chemistry; an exploration of chemical bonding and chemical reactions as metaphors for human relationships. Bonds are formed between the dancers and are destroyed, relationships decay, stability is lost and found again.
